4. Focus on your anxiety as you move to the top of your head, point, and tap while saying the affirmation, "This anxiety about my presentation."
5. Continue to concentrate on your worry and repeat the affirmation, "This sensation of unease and anxiousness," while tapping on the inner of your eyebrows.
6. Side of eye, under eye, under nose, under mouth, collarbone, under arm, and top of wrist are other areas to keep tapping on.
